We're Here to Help

We want you to love your Getting ready gown. If something isn't quite right, we make returns simple, subject to the following conditions:

Return Timeline

• You have 14 days after receiving your gown to request a return
• Returns must be received by us within 21 days of the dispatch date
• Returns received outside these timeframes cannot be accepted

Condition Requirements

• Items must be returned in the same condition you received them:
• You must include your receipt or proof of purchase

How to Return

1. Email us at nic@vibenstyle.com to request a return
2. Wait for return approval and shipping instructions
3. Package your item securely with all original materials
4. Ship using the provided instructions

Return Shipping Costs

• For size, style or preference changes: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
• For defective items or our errors: Vibe 'N Style will cover return shipping costs by providing a prepaid return label, which will be emailed to you once approved.
• Return shipping labels will be provided after your return is approved based on the reason for return

Note: Items sent without prior return approval will not be accepted.

Quality Concerns

• Inspect your order within 7 days of delivery
• Contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect
• We'll evaluate the issue and make it right

• Gift cards

Exchanges

For the fastest service, we recommend returning your current item for a refund and placing a new order for your preferred size or style.

Refund Process

• We'll notify you once we've received and inspected your return
• Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days
• Bank processing times may vary (typically 3-5 additional business days)
